What no rides!? 
Upcoming social/group training rides would normally appear here, but things are a little quiet at the moment and it's empty.
Don't be shy - this is a community site so if you're heading out and would like some company, post your ride.
Hot off the press, club president Peter ( Big Dog ) Kastelein finishes 3rd in the veterans category at the Kanangra Classic with a time of 4hrs53mins ( I think ) for the 100km ( bike computer says 108km ). This time was 13th ?? overall.
Club vice-president Pam ( Miami Vice ) Carter won the womens 50km ( 54km ?? ) race in 2hrs 55mins. Club anchor Dion dragged MUD MTB down not finishing the 100km race after snapping his chain ( too much power ) and ensuing mechanical problems. I ended up riding the 50km with Pam.
We are now running our races every month, this should give us a higher probability of actually having a race vs rained out. Check out calendar for details for next race on 23rd October.
Last weekend MUD went to the Tathra Enduro...check out the photos on this link...

The race has been cancelled, it is very wet and the road will be slippery. Enjoy your day inside.

I just thought I would let you all know that MUD member, Amy Austin, is the National U19 womens xco Champ for 2011(as she was in 2010)!!
She has also just been selected in the Long Team for the upcoming World Championships in Champery, Switzerland.
So lets get out there and help her along with her training to do us all proud!!
